Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number where you give it, order history, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach our systems.

To process orders, handle returns and answer support requests (contract), to prevent fraud and keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to send marketing email where you have opted in (consent).

Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, our carriers, and our email provider. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Order and tax records for seven years. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Support email for two years.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to marketing at any time. Email support@lorenzobarsotti.com and we respond within thirty days.
