Delivery
We ship worldwide. Every order leaves the studio tracked, and orders placed before 14:00 local studio time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Rates below are shown in USD; checkout converts to your local currency.
Standard
$6 flat, free on orders of $100 and above. Tracked delivery in 3–6 business days in most metro areas.
International express
$18 flat, free on orders of $200 and above. Tracked delivery in 3–5 business days. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Remote destinations
$25 flat, free on orders of $300 and above. Tracked delivery in 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch and tracking
You receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link the moment your parcel is collected. Pieces are folded in recycled tissue and shipped in recyclable mailers — no plastic.
Something wrong
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email support@lorenzobarsotti.com with your order number and we will chase or replace it.
