Returns & refunds
Thirty days from delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags attached. Heavyweight cotton is a commitment; we would rather you were sure.
How to start a return
Email support@lorenzobarsotti.com with your order number and the piece you are returning. We reply within one business day with a return label and address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching the studio. Original shipping is refunded only where the order is returned in full and was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Size and color exchanges are free worldwide, once per order. We hold your replacement while the original is in transit.
Return shipping
Change of mind: a $6 return label fee is deducted from your refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect: we cover it entirely.
Faults
If a seam, cuff or collar fails in normal wear within twelve months, send us a photo. We repair or replace the piece at no cost.
